Do you have a contract?
Yes, we use contracts for both our protection and yours.

Can we select the music for our event?
Yes, you choose the music you like and eliminate the music you don't like.

Do you do Wedding Ceremonies?
If, your ceremony is at the same location as your reception, we can provide ceremony music for your wedding day.

What will the DJ wear?
We come properly attired according to the event and your specifications.

Do you provide free meetings/consultations for event planning?
Yes, as soon as you book, you may schedule an appointment with your DJ to plan your event. Consultations may be accomplished via phone or email if an in-person meeting is not convenient for you. We provide planning forms for all events, which outlines all the details for your event as well as a section for you to include special song requests. 

Is equipment set-up / breakdown included in the price? Are there hidden charges?
There is no additional charge for set-up and breakdown. Also, we prefer to arrive 1 hour to 1.5 hours early to set-up and test equipment. We do not charge for this time.

How much is required for deposit and when is full payment expected?
To secure our services, a small deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date with the remainder of the payment being at least 2 weeks before your event date. Deposits are non-refundable; however, in the event of client cancellation, the deposit may be applied to future bookings provided the future booking is made within a week of event cancellation.

Is the deposit applied to my total price?
Yes!! Your deposit is applied to your package price, so that the remaining balance is your total package price minus your deposit amount.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept Cash, Money Orders, or Company Check. We also accept PayPal, and all Major Credit Cards through our secure site.

What if our event goes over the contracted time?
We are willing to stay longer than the contracted time if you desire. Additional charges will apply.

Do you provide services for outdoor events?
We do not have a power generator, if the event is outdoors, we must be close to a supplied power source. We also require a tent to protect our equipment. If one is not available at your location, we will supply one for you at no additional charge.

Do you come fully equipped?
Yes, we supply our own table; table cover; power cords; professional DJ sound system with microphones; professional speakers; and lighting (if requested). We only ask for our set-up location to be within a reasonable distance of an electrical power outlet. We also have a backup dj sound system and computer, in event of something malfunctioning. We are also fully insured and con provide a certificate of insurance to the venue.

How interactive are you?
We are as interactive as you want us to be. We will use our skills professionally, and we will never steal the spotlight.

How loud do you play the music?
You are in complete control of the volume at all times. Just let us know if you would like the volume turned up or turned down.
